PRAYER : FOR BAIL IN CRIME NO.10 OF 2021 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who were arrested on 01.11.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 5(1), 5(j)(ii) read with 6(1) of POCSO Amendment Act, 2019, in Crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had love affair with the victim girl who is aged about 16 years at the time of occurrence and had sexual intercourse with her for many times and make her pregnant. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he was falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19265 of 2021 was dismissed on 06.12.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD) No.20528 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner aged about 19 years and the victim girl is aged about 16 years and now she is 6 months pregnant. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the concerned Court.
5.Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court seeking bail.
With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
