ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from providing electricity connection to the 2nd and 3rd respondents. 2.The learned Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents submits that the electricity service connection was provided to the 2nd and 3rd respondents and subsequently they surrendered those service connections.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent submits that as on date there is no electricity service connection in the name of the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

4.Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. No cots.
