This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, to modify the above said condition No.(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.(MD). No.9970/2024 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.946/2025 vide its order dated 29.07.2025 on the file of this Court.

This petition is filed, seeking to modify the condition no.(iii) imposed by this Court, in Crl.MP.(MD).No.9970/2024 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.946/2025 vide its by order dated 29.07.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 29.07.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, daily at 10.30 a.m. He further submitted that the petitioner is working as a Driver in Tamil Nadu State Corporation, at Coimbatore and he finds difficult to travel from Coimbatore to Karur for complying the condition. However, he is complying the aforesaid condition till now. Hence, he prays to modify the said condition. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9970 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by modifying the condition (c) 2/4
