O R D E R

[ Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J. ] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police, to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely S.Gnanasundari, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, has given a complaint to the first respondent, the Superintendent of Police, Theni, alleging that his daughter whereabouts is not known and he suspects the 5th respondent, (who is the son-in-law of the petitioner) and the 4th respondent.

3. On Registration of the complaint for 'woman missing', the 3rd respondent herein has made thorough investigation and found that the daughter of the petitioner has eloped with one Sasikumar, who is the grandson of the 4th respondent and they were rescued from Coimbatore and today, the petitioner, his daughter, son-in-law Pandi, the 5th respondent are present before this Court.

4. This Court enquired the Gnanasundari, the daughter of the petitioner, who alleged to have been missing. She informs this Court that she left (the 5th respondent), her husband, on her own and now she is ready and willing to join with her husband.

5. Recording the submission made by the detenue that she has left her home on her own and nobody had detained her illegally, the this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
