ORDER
This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to refund the caution deposit of Rs.27,132/- paid towards the occupation of shop No.247 in Kovilpatti, Pasumponmuthuramalingathevar Daily Market to the petitioner within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court, based on the representation dated 05.09.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2024 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.09.2024 and dispose of the same on merits within such time.
5. Needless to state, the petitioner shall also be heard before such orders are passed. No costs.
