This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History sheet in H.S.No.6 of 2003 by considering the representation dated 12.09.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2018 has been considered and his name has been removed from H.S.No.6 of 2003 on the file of the respondent police.
