ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 417, 468, 471 and 420 r/w 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.21 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons cheated the defacto complainant and other victims by issuing fake appointment orders.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that the petitioner issued a notification as if the post of Office Assistant is vacant in the Offices of the Advocate General and Government Pleader and that pursuant to the notification, applications were invited and fake interviews were conducted and even appointment orders were issued by taking money from the greedy candidates, considering the fact that the petitioner was also involved in a similar case with reference to the High Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2/3
