ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the third respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 5493/2018 MM4, dated 25.10.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. On perusal of the records revealed that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 9. Since the 2/4
nature of allegations are civil dispute, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. That apart, it is represented that the issue between the parties have been setttled amicably.
