This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.201 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C No.201 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam on the ground that after laying the final report, the Petitioner herein, who is arrayed as accused and the De-facto Complainant had arrived at compromise. A Joint Compromise Memo is also filed along with this Petition.

3.By way of reply, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first Respondents submitted that he has no objection to quash the Charge Sheet by recording compromise.

4.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memo, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.201 of 2021 on the file of the learned 2/4

Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, is quashed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of this order.
