ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his application submitted before the respondents for cancellation of the patta granted in favour of the 5th respondent is not considered so far, has filed this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application is under consideration and necessary orders would be passed. 3.In view of the above submission this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct 2/4

an enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the interested parties.

4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
