3.When the matters came up for hearing on 03.08.2022, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had joined in the transferred place and then again some other place. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions. On that date, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, these matters adjourned today i.e., 05.08.2022 for appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today also there is no representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.From the records produced by the learned counsel for the first respondent, it is seen that the petitioner has joined at Unjampatti Panchayat Union on 15.07.2017. He has also given a letter to the Block Development Officer, Village Panchayat, Theni Panchayat Union, Theni, that he would withdraw the petition in W.P(MD) No.9205 of 2017. It is now informed that the petitioner was transferred from Koduvilarpatti Panchayat, Theni Panchayat Union to Etthakovil, Andipatti Panchayat Union and he was relieved from Unjampatti Panchayat Union on 31.03.2022.

5.In view of the subsequent development, this Court finds that there is nothing remains to adjudicate in these Writ Petitions. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous and for non prosecution. No costs.
