ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police that he has been cheated by one Pandian and has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent police to take action on his complaint.
2.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired in CSR No.567 of 2025 on 17.04.2025 and has been closed on 21.05.2025.
3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 20.08.2025 DSK 2/4
