Prayer :- This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to modify the order passed in WP(Crl )MD) No.73 of 2025 dt. 06.06.2025 by this Court, and direct the 3rd Respondent to permit the petitioner to execute bond and sureties before 3rd Respondent.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.M. Basil, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, Additional Public Procedure for the respondents, this Court made the following order: The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the jail authorities are insisting the convict prisoner to produce the documents for surety purpose.

2.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that that the respondents are only insisting Rs.500/- as cash deposit for surety.

3.In view of the above, the respondents shall insist only for cash deposit for surety/security purpose.

4.This petition stands disposed of.
