ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and none appeared for the Respondents No.2 to 5 either in person or through by an advocate, the Court made the following order:- Because of the non payment of the cost, the matter has been listed for appearance of party. In spite of repeated adjournment, the petitioner has not turned up. For reporting compliance only it has been kept on adjourning. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite repeated intimation sent to the petitioner, he did not turned up.
