Heard Mr.D.Balamurugapandi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Kumar, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first Respondent. 2.Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2024 in unfiled Crl.R.P.No.---of 2024 dated 15.04.2025.

3. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the Respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 20 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
