Heard the learned counsel on either side.

W.P.(MD)No.9264 of 2017 counsel appearing for the private respondent pointed out that the petitioner had parallelly moved the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar and succeeded before the said Authority. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. The writ petition is disposed of infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
