O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, to allow the petitioner's son namely Ponmuthuramalingam to attend the 10th standard class continuously in 5th respondent school.

2. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that while studying 10th standard, the petitioner's son has misbehaved with girls. Considering his conduct and also considering the welfare of the other students, action was taken against the petitioner's son and he was suspended from the school.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's son has already completed 10th standard in the 5th 2/4

respondent's school. Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
