ORDER
The tender cum auction Notice dated 27.11.2018 issued by the respondent Corporation, for collection of entry fee, for the years 2018 to 2020, is challenged in this writ petition.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks for a short accommodation to get instructions.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the auction period itself was over and for the subsequent years also, another contract was awarded and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
