ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 15.05.2017 and prayed for a consequential relief to direct the Assistant Treasury Officer to re-fund the amount already recovered.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the Government appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought is already granted through e.f.vz;.147/2017/m1 dated 21.03.2022. Since there is no issue pending for adjudication, the Writ Petition is disposed of by confirming the order dated 21.03.2022.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
