O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and third respondent with regard to house property comprised in S.F.No.4/57, 58, 59 bearing Door No.4 and 5 of Soorannayakkan Patti Village, Ulkadai, Velayuthapuram, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein, the second respondent police has conducted detailed enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the same was closed.
3.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in A.S.No.15 of 2015 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.12818 of 2016 file of the learned Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Virudhunagar. Therefore the second respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. As such, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent except any crime committed by the petitioner and the third respondent.
4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
