Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

2. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The revision petitioners filed O.S.No19 of 2007 on the file of the IV Additional District Munsif, Madurai for partition. Preliminary decree was passed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the preliminary decree has become final. It has not been questioned. I.A.No.171 of 2012 was filed for passing final decree. The grievance of the petitioners is that it has not been disposed of till date.

4. Since it is more than 12 years old, I am inclined to give direction for speedy disposal. The Court below is directed to dispose of I.A. No.171 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of
