Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent Joint Director in Pa.Mu.No.9318/EE2/2014 dated 29.09.2014 insofar as approving the appointment of Sr.L.Vasanthi Madona as Assistant Professor in Mathematics from the date of the issuance of the proceedings of the Director permitting the College to fill up the post of Assistant Professor in Mathematics ie., 03.07.2013., quash the same and further direct the second respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of Sr.L.Vasanthi Madona as Assistant Professor in Mathematics with effect from the date of appointment i.e., 30.11.2011 in the petitioner's College and disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary and other attendant benefits.
