2. A reading of the averment set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition indicates that it involves issue of custody. The marital relationship between the petitioner and his wife appears to have come under strain. The child is with the petitioner's mother-in-law.

3. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court or Family Court for relief. The question of invoking Writ jurisdiction does not arise at all. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
