PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.131/2016/A1, dated 19.06.2016, on the file of the respondent no.1 and to quash the same as illegal to the extent of transferring the petitioner to Madurai North from Karaikudi and consequently, to direct the respondents nos.1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to join duty as the Supervisor at Tasmac Shop no. 7537 at Pallathur in Karaikudi Taluk as per the transfer orders in Na.Ka.No.V2/7537/2016, dated 12.05.2016, on the file of the respondent no.2 within the time stipulated by this Court. This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 19.06.201,6.

2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner is retained in Karaikudi itself, ie., the original place of work and the petitioner did not serve in 2/4

the transferred post. The petitioner has received the salary even during the transfer period.

3.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
