PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.043/A/2017 dated 28.02.2017 issued by the First Respondent and quash the same and direct the Respondents to grant consequential service and monetary benefits.
