PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.48 of 2018 on the file of second respondent police to any other police station more preferably to the office of the third respondent. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.48 of 2018 on the file of second respondent police to any other police station more preferably to the office of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, it was taken on file in PRC No.27 of 2020 and now which is under process for committal. 1/3

3.Since the matter has been pending for committal, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may be issue direction to the committal Court to conclude the committal process within the stipulated time. 4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the oldness of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, to conclude the committal process within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
