ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is working in the agricultural department. He is aged about 59 years and he is about to retire. However, on account of the pendency of T.D.P.Case No.1H/2022, the petitioner may not be allowed to retire. That is why, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to conclude the petition mentioned proceedings.

3.Considering the special facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2023.
