This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide admission to the child Miss. Stephina Grace Ekklesia for sixth standard under RTE Act, for the academic year 2017-2018.

2.Today(07.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the child got admission in another School and hence, this writ petition has now become infructuous.
