O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate criminal action against the respondents 4 to 13 and accord compensation of Rs.50,00,000/- for illegally detaining the petitioner from 03.02.2016, 1 p.m. to 05.02.2016, 8.15 p.m. 2.It is seen that the petitioner is a habitual offender so far he involved in more than eight cases till 2015. While being so, the petitioner come forward by this Writ Petition for seeking compensation and also taking criminal action as against the police officials only to escape from the clutches of law. It is also seen 2/4

that the petitioner had bad antecedents and involved in so many cases and now trial is pending as against the petitioner. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is nothing but only to threaten the police officials and nothing else. That apart the petitioner did not file any complaint before any of the authorities for illegal detention as against the police officials.

3.Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. No costs.
