This petition is filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.697 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent/defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and it was closed, on the basis of the letter given by the second respondent/defacto complainant stating that no further action is required. RCS Notice is also served upon the defacto complainant.
