This Contempt Petition is filed as against the interim order passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.16261 of 2019 in W.P(MD) No.19774 of 2019 on 16.09.2019.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that on account of efflux of time, the other issues may be permitted to adjudicate in the writ proceedings.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the petitioner is permitted to canvass all the points during the final hearing of the writ petition.
