O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent police to secure the vehicle bearing No.TN 74 Y - 4748 [Tata Maxi Cab].

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.488 of 2019, police have not recovered the vehicle so far and not even the R.C. book is filed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits further that the petitioner has identified the location of the vehicle and also informed the respondent police but the respondent police are not showing any interest. 3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] who had taken notice for the respondent assured that the respondent police will secure the vehicle along with R.C. book and produce before the concerned Magistrate Court, shortly. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate 2/4

[Crl. Side], this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to secure the vehicle which is stated to be available at a specific place as mentioned by the petitioner along with R.C. book and produce before the Court concerned for further directions, as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
