This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing of the C.M.A.(MD) SR.No.69034 of 2024.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is 1/3

allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post on 06.03.2025 for admission.
