Heard Mr.S.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Rajeshwari, learned counsel for for Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to accept the proportionate amount of Rs.5,44,640/- from him.

W.P.(MD)No.9394 of 2017 matter has become infructuous. She further submitted that the liability had been cleared by the previous owner himself and that the petitioner has already been given a separate connection in the year 2018 itself.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
