This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 4 herein to take necessary action against the respondents No.5 & 6 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.07.2023.
2. Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.
3.Heard both sides.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the private respondents, on 22.07.2023, making some allegations against them. So far the above said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4. Therefore, seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. 2/5
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is making allegations against the respondents No.5 & 6 as if they fabricated some documents and cheated huge amount of money. 6.Let the above said representation dated 22.07.2023 given by the petitioner be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 4 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by summoning both parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 7.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
