C.R.P.(MD) No.2324 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI , J.

By order dated 25.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.420 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2027/2025, dated 29.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 25.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 25.09.2024.
