ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the the II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.1024 of 2021 on 22.11.2021, and permit the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

2. The petitioners have moved anticipatory bail application before the II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.1024 of 2021 and that petition was allowed by imposing conditions upon the petitioners that they should appear and sign before the Vasudevanallur Police Station on every Sunday at 09.00 a.m for a period of six months.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the petitioners are female persons and working as Head Mistress and Assistant Teacher, he prayed this Court to modify the above said condition as 'appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

required'.

4. This Court is of the considered view that no proper reasons have been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 5.But, however, the petitioners are having right to approach the concerned Court. Hence, they may approach the concerned Court seeking above said modification and if any trouble arises, they may approach this Court.
