This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, dated 11.10.2019, after issuing notice to the both parties and pass an order on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
