ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 16.05.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 requesting them to survey her land in S.F.No. 100/7B situated at Kaivinivayal Village, Peravoorni Taluk, Thanjavur District and fix the boundary stones.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the survey officials have already fixed the date for survey on 09.09.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
