The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since subsequent to passing of the impugned order, the service of the petitioner has not been disturbed and hence, after recording the said fact, this writ petition can be disposed of.

Accordingly, this Court is disposing of this writ petition, after recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner's service has not been disturbed pursuant to the passing of the impugned order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
