PRAYER :-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide the medical reimbursement to the Petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner, who is a retired employee, is the beneficiary under the NHIS 2018. He met with an accident and as such, he took treatment by incurring a sum of Rs.4,62,000/-. When the petitioner approached the respondents for medical reimbursement, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate for the 4th respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, submitted that 2nd respondent has forwarded the claim of the petitioner to the 4th respondent and hence, the petitioner's case would be considered.

4. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to furnish the required documents to the 4th respondent and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall consider the reimbursement of the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
