PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the petitioner's appointment to the post of Graduate Assistant Teacher with effect from 13.04.1998 in the fourth respondent's Minority Aided School based on the fourth respondent's proposal / appointment dated 13.04.1998 in view of the Honourable Supreme Court of India verdict dated 06.05.2014 rendered by Five Judges Constitutional Bench in W.P.(C) No.1081 of 2013 with all attendant benefits and salary within a reasonable time as prescribed by this Court considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2016.
