WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.P.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.RAMESH, Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the Respondents praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention Order No. 36/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 12/06/2017 passed by the Second Respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982 and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu Malthurai aged about 38 years, son of Linga Pandy now confined in Central Prison, Madurai before this Honourabel court and set the detenu Malthurai aged about 38 years, son of Linga Pandy, set him at liberty.

WHEREAS this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by Friday the Twenty Eighth day of July Two Thousand and Seventeen (28/07/2017) to the respondents herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with.
