ORDER
Challenging an order passed by the first respondent in Ni.Mu (A4) 2686/2014, dated 21.02.2017, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a suit in O.S.No.46 of 2017 has been filed after the passing of the impugned order.
3. Considering the fact that a suit has been filed after the passing of the impugned order for a declaration and injunction, the petitioner shall await the result of the judgment in the suit and thereafter he shall renew his request.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to state that the impugned order shall not stand in the way of the petitioner proving his title. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
