ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue, namely, Bairavi, D/o. Balaraman, aged about 21 years.
2.The 2nd respondent / Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District has produced the detenue before this Court. While examining the detenue, she states that she is aged about 21 years and has completed BCA degree and now, pursuing shorthand course. 3.The 3rd respondent is also present before this Court and would state that he married another woman and his first wife got married with another man and therefore, he married the detenue in the presence of his parents. 2/4
4.The detenue is also willing to live with the 3rd respondent and there is no coercion. Since the detenue is aged about 21 years and completed BCA degree and able to understand what is good and what is bad for her life, this Court is able to form an opinion that the detenue is not under illegal detention. Thus, the detenue is set at free and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
