PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the registered sale deeds in document No.5465/2011 dated 01.12.2011 and Document No.752/2013 dated 21.02.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to delete the entries that reflects the aforesaid document from the A Register maintained by the 2nd respondent.
