PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2021 from the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam. O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2021 from the file of the Sub Court, Mettupalayam and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said H.M.O.P.No.71 of 2021 was filed by the respondent/husband before the Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam. The petitioner/wife is residing at NGO Colony, Nagamalai Pudukottai. The respondent/husband is working at London. So nothing will harm the respondent and documents have also been filed for the residence of the petitioner. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by both the learned counsel, HMOP No.71 of 2021 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Mettupalayam and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam. The learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam is directed to conduct the case through video conference and to dispose of the same as per law as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD).No.602 of 2021 4.In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
