ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 19.10.2015 with consequential relief to reinstate the petitioner.
2. On 09.06.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Hence the case is posted for dismissal on 16.06.2023. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, again the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not appear. Therefore, this Court proceed to hear the case on merits.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the disciplinary proceeding was initiated and it is undergoing. This would indicate that the petitioner would have been reinstated. Since without reinstatement, the respondents cannot proceed with the disciplinary proceedings. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Nsr 3/4
