ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representaion representation dated 24.05.2025, in the light of the order passed by the third respondent dated 24.01.2025 and to update the degital records pertains to the property of the petitioner sitauted in Plot No.396, 3rd Street, "B" Colony, AIBEA Nagar, Paravai, falling in Old Survey No.135/5 (UDR No.141/5A2), Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr. K.Alagarsamy, Party-in-Person and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, earlier he filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.8605 of 2024, seeking updation of the digital records pertains to the above mentioned property. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Based on the said order, third respondent in her proceedings in ep.K.vz;:E-2049594/2024/gp, dated 24.01.2025, passed an order directing the fourth respondent to issue notice to the eight pattadars, including the petitioner, pertains to Old Survey No.
135/5 and to take necessary steps for proper subdivision and issuance of separate patta and updation of digital records. Though the order was passed by the third respondent as early as 24.01.2025, inspite of several representations by the petitioner, the fourth respondent has not taken any further steps. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that the last of the representation was submitted by the petitioner on 24.05.2025 before the third respondent with a copy marked to the fourth respondent. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2025, in the light of the order passed by the third respondent dated 24.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
