Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-35. To issue a certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Government orders issued by by the 3rd Respondent chief Educational officer in Na.Ka.No.3406/A5/2020 dated 27-08-2020 (signed on 28-08-2020 render the 3 teaching posts viz., 1 BT Assistant(English) I BT Assistant (Maths), 1BT Assistants (science) as surplus and also rendered 1 special teachers viz., only post of pre-vocational Instuctor as surplus and the consequential proceedings in O.Mu.No.4401/45/2019 dated 13-01-2021 and denying the approval of appointment of the BT Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

(English) in the petitioner School , quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer to approve the appointment of Mrs.K.Anantha Jothi as BT Assistant (English) w.e.f. 3.2.2020 in the petitioner school with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowances.
